Included in this set is the Sanibest Pro Macerating System, a round front 1.28 GPF elongated toilet bowl, a toilet tank, a SaniAlarm for the macerating unit and water pump, and an extension pipe. Please note that any other items shown in the photo are not included.

The toilet bowl is round front with a rear spigot and an integral P-trap. It also has a spigot rear outlet and a large 3" trapway. This wash down style toilet is a low flush toilet that uses 1.6 gallons (6 L) per flush. It is supplied with a set of lag screws, plastic anchors, and china protectors. The water spot measures 6" x 5" and it is ADA compliant. It is available in white and biscuit.

The tank of this toilet is insulated to prevent condensation. It features a zero re-fill valve that is easily adjustable. The flush valve has a silicone flapper seal and there is a water level mark applied to the overflow tube. The toilet tank is supplied with bowl screws, washers, and wing nuts. It is also ADA compliant.

The toilet tank is connected to the water supply and the macerating pump is connected to the electrical supply. In addition to the toilet waste, the Sanibest system can also discharge gray wastewater from various other sanitary fixtures such as sinks, baths, bidets, urinals, and even clothes washers. It is CSA certified.

The motor of the macerating system has a RPM of 3600 and a horsepower of 0.8. The amperage is 9.0. The normal running time for the WC is 10-15 seconds. The maximum temperature it can handle is 104 F. The water consumption is 1.6 US gallons. The discharge pipe diameter is 0.75" and it can discharge vertically up to 18 feet and horizontally up to 150 feet. For horizontal installations, there should be a gravity fall of 0.25" per feet.

Installing the macerator unit behind a wall is made easy with the proprietary extension pipe. This extension pipe, which is 16" in length, is used with Saniplus and Sanibest products. One end of the extension pipe is pushed onto the spigot of the toilet and the other end slips inside the macerator connection. When using the extension pipe, the toilet bowl should be raised by 0.375" for additional gravity flow towards the macerator box.
